• Any clinical decisions made based on calculator results

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
